Easy Returns
Our Guarantee
Insulite Laboratories offers a 90 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the Insulite System please return your order and we will refund your original purchase price for up to 90 days from shipping date. (Excluding shipping & handling)
Returns
We ask you give our System a fair and complete test and that reason, we ask you to use the System for at least 30 days. The Insulite System has been designed to work together as an integrated program – the Supplements, Nutrition and Exercise. We recommend that you follow the System guidelines for six month. Because of genetic variations and the severity of your condition, the time frame for improvement for each person will vary.
To request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, please use our contact us form. This RMA number must be displayed on the outside of the box. Packages sent to us without a RMA number may not be considered for a refund. We do not refund the cost of shipping to our offices.

It is strongly recommended that you return packages to us using a certified method which provides a tracking number. If we do not receive the System and the customer cannot prove that the product was returned, we will not issue a refund. The delivery confirmation number or our signature can be proof of delivery as required by your carrier of choice.
We only allow one return per customer per System. This is to prevent excessive returns. Customers can order as many Systems as they wish but we only allow one return for any particular System per customer.
Returns will be processed and refunds issued within 10 business days after receipt of the returned product. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original purchase payment method. If this payment method is closed for any reason, we will issue a company check in U.S. dollars as a payment method.

Hours of Operations
Insulite Laboratories' corporate and shipping offices are open from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday (US MST) and are closed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Our corporate and shipping offices are closed on all US government observed holidays.
Shipping Procedures
Our business days are Monday through Friday. In a typical situation, orders placed will ship the following business day. Weekend orders will ship on the next business day which is generally the following Monday.
Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to as "undeliverable" cannot be re-shipped. Customers can re-order the Insulite Systems again. Returned orders will be credited less shipping & handling.

Canceling Your Order
Cancellations must be made before your order has shipped. If the System has not shipped, a refund will be issued by the same method of payment the order was originally charged. If a cancellation is placed after the order is shipped, it is the responsibility of the customer to refuse the package or return it to Insulite Laboratories. When the package is returned a refund will be issued, excluding shipping and handling charges. Refunds are handled within 10 business days. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
International Orders
- Customs limitations preclude us from shipping to every international destination outside the US. Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees. Overnight shipping is not available to international addresses.
- Delivery times vary between 7 days - 5 weeks depending on the country and their customs procedures.
- Please do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs Offices to see if your country permits the import of our products. The ingredients may be found on our sites. Generally speaking, we have never encountered problems with Customs when shipping to most countries worldwide.
- If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and returned to us, we will issue you a refund, less the shipping and handling costs. If it is not returned to us, we cannot issue you a refund. The majority of orders held by Customs are for the purpose of charging import duties and Customs fees. If you are unsure as to whether our formulas are allowed into your country, please contact your Customs Office before ordering, as we are not responsible for such.
- Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card or money order.
