PRE-DIABETES GUIDELINES

|
"When I started using the Insulite System and paying more attention to the nutrition plan, my carbohydrate and sugar cravings vanished almost overnight.
I simply could not believe that I was no longer plagued by these cravings. I feel 100% better and have tons of energy. I sleep a lot better also.
I cannot recommend Insulite highly enough. I have recommended it to friends and they are having the same excellent results. It is such a relief to have finally found a way to keep my blood sugar levels under control.
Thank you Insulite Labs!"

- You must first address the symptoms of Pre-Diabetes,
a root cause of which can be obesity-linked Insulin
Resistance. This latter condition gives
rise to unbalanced levels of glucose and insulin
in the blood stream, leading to weight gain.
- Since obesity is usually a key component of Pre-Diabetes,
getting your weight under control is the next step.
A low-carbohydrate diet has proved to be effective
not only in weight loss programs but also in helping
to control the production of insulin in the pancreas.
- Exercise is a necessary component for addressing
the symptoms of Pre-Diabetes. By exercising regularly,
you can increase insulin sensitivity, which, in turn,
reduces the imbalance of glucose and insulin caused
by Insulin Resistance. You will also improve your
muscles' "disposal" of glucose, which helps
to balance the levels of glucose and insulin in the
blood stream.
- Choose a balanced, healthy diet that excludes foods
with a high Glycemic Index (GI), like bread, pasta,
rice, refined sugars, potatoes and corn. The lower
a food's GI, the less likely it is to make blood
glucose levels rise after a meal. Avoid artificial
sweeteners, which are synthetic and can cause multiple
problems, ranging from intestinal disturbances, bloating
and mood swings to aching joints and slurred speech.
Skip sugar in all its forms.
- Avoid stimulants like caffeine, alcohol and tobacco.
Even over-the-counter cold and flu medications can
contain stimulants, causing spikes in insulin production
and its release into the blood stream. They can also
create spikes in cortisol, which may cause a change
in blood sugar, leading to an increase in insulin.
- Your doctor may need to address issues such as
high blood pressure or high cholesterol levels with
medication until they come under control naturally
with your weight loss. As soon as your diet affects
your insulin production, you will find your cholesterol
and blood pressure will begin to normalize.
- Consider the Insulite Pre-Diabetes System which
incorporates pure nutraceuticals (vitamins, minerals
and herbs that are disease specific), realistic Nutrition
and Exercise Plans and a Support Network to keep
you motivated and informed.
Please Note: The Insulite Pre-Diabetes System
is not a medical treatment and neither is it a substitute
for the advice of your primary care physician. Instead,
the Insulite System is a nutritional and lifestyle
approach that supports your body's abilities to better
manage your condition.

"I started your product and found it really boosts my system, helping me get off ground zero, and stop the spiral downwards. It gave me the energy to start exercising and prepare healthy meals.
You are all very supportive, even though I am on the other side of the world (Australia). I am very glad that I am on your product, your weekly messages are also very encouraging, when I am finding things a bit harder. Thank you for everything."
